Meatlicious - Where it's all about flavour packed delicious meats

On Day 2 of 2019, we sat at a kitchen table, housed in a quiet soi in Ekkamai in Bangkok, Thailand.  The director of this beef-heavy box office runaway hit, was the young and friendly Chef Mario Malvaez from Mexico, who handled all the dishes he served us , with ample ease and dexterity.

Using only their knife skills and the raging flames from burning coal and wood, Chef Mario and Chef Carlos Rodriquez from Venezuela, worked the meats to absolute perfection. We could have sworn we heard the kitchen crew communicating in Spanish, English and Thai and with their perfectly co-ordinated Chef’s banter, they cut, they sliced, they grilled, they seared, they charred and they roasted and finally, served us food which was not just delicious - it was meatlicious.
